Pay | $32 per hour

1st Shift | 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday

The ideal candidate for this position will be motivated and have 3+ years of university human resources generalist or recruiting experience. Other skills needed for success include excellent communication skills and detail-oriented.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers for staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, posting jobs to online platforms, sourcing candidates through online channels, reviewing resumes and credentials, scheduling interviews, providing guidance and feedback to both candidates and hiring managers, extending job offers, coordinating the onboarding process, and remaining up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for our employees.
