Recruiter Position at Staffmark in Riverside, CA

You don't have to travel far to kickstart your career Staffmark is currently seeking a Recruiter to join one of our top clients’ teams in Riverside, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your human resources skills and embark on a new and thrilling career journey.

  • Pay: $32 per hour
  • Working Hours: 1st Shift | 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday

The perfect candidate for this role will be driven and possess 3+ years of university human resources generalist or recruiting experience. Additionally, strong communication skills and keen attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to address staffing requirements
  • Developing effective recruitment strategies
  • Posting job vacancies on various online platforms
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels
  • Screening resumes and credentials
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Offering guidance and feedback to candidates and hiring managers
  • Extending job offers
  • Coordinating the onboarding process
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices
