Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated customer service rep to join our recruiter team. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and contribute to our company's growth and success. *Customer Service/Call Center* candidates are highly suggested to apply. Paid training is available.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
    • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
    • Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future job openings.
  • Candidate Screening:
    • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination:
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Prepare interview questions and evaluation forms to assist hiring managers in the selection process.
  • Candidate Assessment:
    • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
    • Administer and evaluate assessments or tests as required.
  • Offer Management:
    • Work with hiring managers to formulate competitive job offers.
    • Extend offers to candidates and manage negotiations regarding salary and benefits.
  • Onboarding:
    • Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating the onboarding process.
    • Ensure all necessary paperwork and pre-employment checks are completed.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels.
    • Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking activities to enhance the company's presence.
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
    • Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
