  • Project Planning: Collaborate with sales managers to develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for sales initiatives.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with various departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and support for sales projects.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between sales team members, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Resource Allocation: Assist in allocating resources such as manpower, budget, and materials to support sales projects effectively.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide regular reports to stakeholders on project status, key metrics, and outcomes.
  • Support Sales Team: Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling inquiries.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that sales projects meet quality standards and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices within the sales project management function.
  • Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach, understanding customer needs and preferences to drive sales project success.
