**Description**
**Position Overview**
The Health Center Sales Coordinator is responsible to present and sell eCW Health Center products and services to current clients and provide administrative support as needed to the Health Center Team.
**Responsibilities**
* Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
* Follow up on new leads and referrals
* Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
* Prepare pricing proposals and sales contracts
* Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
* Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
* Identify and resolve client concerns
* Work with cross-functional teams on a daily basis
* Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
* Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate team within eCW
* Prepare marketing outreach reports to support marketing mailers & email
* Support marketing strategy to assist in updates to all marketing materials and monthly newsletter & trade shows
* Schedule meetings and user group webinars; Moderates Webinars as needed, and performs other duties as assigned
* Participate in marketing event such as seminars, trade shows
* Perform other duties as assigned
**Requirements**
* Bachelors Degree required; Masters Degree preferred
