CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I

Who You Are:

  • Entry level position that provides customer service support in an industrial Related glass and aluminum work experience preferred. Must have excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Basic Customer Service activities such as, receives telephone and fax request for price quotations, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers. Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service. Answers customers technical questions regarding products and services.

Skills You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Listening skills and data collection with attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to calculate discounts, fractions, percentages, area circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
