Assist in monitoring of the internal control environment compliance, identify gaps to Facility Finance Manager and assist in remediation. Provide account coding, invoice and PO Generations. Maintain all vendors files for company making sure contracts, coi,, safety handbooks, and gsa’s are in compliance. Track expenses for Capital Projects Complete Month End Close Assist Facility Finance Manager with monthly MOR Slides Provide Auditors with Audit documentation for live audits Track ignitor expenses View cross charging expenses for PC Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years experience in finance or accounting 3+ years experience using SAP preferred Experience using Ariba Purchasing a plus Experience in Operational Finance a plus Understanding of CPG/Bottler processes a plus Competencies Leadership, Coaching, Strong Analytical Skills, Strategic Thinking, Strong Communication Skills, Project Management
