Receptionist

As a Receptionist, your priority is welcoming customers into our dealership and answering incoming phone calls, providing basic and accurate information. You'll screen all incoming calls, asking questions to determine where to transfer the calls using our multi-line phone system. Our receptionists also assist in some light accounting-related clerical tasks. Top-notch customer service is of the utmost importance as you represent the company in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner.
Do you have what it takes? We are looking for a team player with a passion for being in customer service. The ideal candidate must be coachable, effective in both verbal and non-verbal communication, possess strong time management skills, and maintain professional demeanor & appearance.
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check & drug screen, have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be at least 21 years of age or have 3 full years of driving experience. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
