Primary Responsibilities
Sourcing & Selection
- Build and nurture effective referral sources and centers of influence (COIs).
- Identify, maintain, and coordinate lead strategies from various channels including referrals, COIs, advertising, and social media.
- Actively engage in community outreach to promote and strengthen the Northwestern Mutual brand.
- Drive the candidate selection process by screening, conducting initial interviews, administering selection tools, and guiding candidates through the process.
- Provide weekly recruiting activity reports to the leadership team.
- Maintain candidate databases accurately to enhance the efficiency of the selection process.
- Analyze recruiting ratios to identify and implement process improvements.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Three or more years of professional experience, preferably in sales, recruiting, or financial services.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships.
- Results-driven with a track record of exceeding goals.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media and community engagement strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability.
- Experience with prospecting and lead generation preferred.
This role offers a competitive base salary ($55-80K) along with uncapped bonuses based on recruiting activity (anticipate $10K+ in bonuses).
