Training Development Supervisor

Essential KSAs:

  • Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college; or equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Advanced degrees or certifications in training and development are a plus.
  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to successfully supervise people and customer relations.
  • Proven experience in IT training or relevant roles, with a solid understanding of IT concepts, tools, and methodologies.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage learners at various skill levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage training projects and deliver results within established timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously, self-motivated and able to prioritize.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms is advantageous, must have comprehensive computer skills.
