**About the Team:**

The Marketing team scales our brands efficiently combining creative with data analytics, managing all marketing channels to drive brand growth. They continually build & execute a 360-marketing plan for both marketplace brands and director-to-consumer brands.

**About the role:**

As **Sales Manager** you are responsible for selling consumer goods to discount retailers and e-commerce wholesale retailers. Ideally, you are experienced in fast-growing companies in the e-commerce business.

**What you will do**:

* Identify retail buyers, build relationships and complete sales of Branded products

* Assist regional retailers with eCommerce listing creation, content, and creative

* Manage end-to-end liquidation of excess inventory through retail relationships and manage sales across a variety of wholesale eCommerce websites.

* Build relationships with national and/or regional auctioneers to quickly reduce surplus/excess inventory

* Be creative in developing new sales channels for liquidation

* Fully responsible for regional sales P&L and liquidation P&L

* Strong ability to negotiate terms, discounts, and dating seasonally (if applicable)

* Create sales orders, facilitate with supply chain on delivery timing and coordinate payments

* Project manage any relabeling/packaging requirements, special shipping requests, and manage any/all customer service with buyers

* Monthly review of plan and progress with senior leadership, inclusive of COO and CFO

* Liaison with brand, creative, inventory and supply chain managers to coordinate a seamless execution of liquidated inventory

**Who you are:**

* 5+ years of experience in a similar sales manager, sales development or sales strategy role

* Experience selling consumer goods to discount retailers and eCommerce wholesale retailers

* Experience with auctioneers a plus

* Ability to influence at all levels within the organizations and work effectively with functional teams

* Track record in delivering sales results through creative solutions to complex problems

* Experience in management of P&L a plus

* Demonstrated ability to build strategic business partnerships

* Exceptional project management, organizational skills and follow through

* Effective time management, planning and prioritizing skills

* Strong understanding of excel, google sheets, sales analysis, reporting and forecasting required

* Ability to travel as required to build relationships and meet the needs of our key accounts
