That's where you come in. This position will be responsible for coordinating and the physical installation of a Restaurant POS. This could include but not limited to: Performing a site readiness survey, installing the POS, training the staff and managers on use of the product and related materials for up to two weeks and upselling other pieces of our product suite that may benefit the owners in running their business. You will need to have a vast knowledge of restaurants and how they operate. The goal of this role is to aid in setting up the business to run more successfully and efficiently prior and immediately following the installation of Restaurant POS.You will:Install Hardware - workstations, pin pads, printers, cash drawers, switches, and other hardware devices that integrate with RPOS. Install router/ firewall, patch cables, cable management Onsite training and live support Menu/system functionality changes Reporting training and how to use this information to run business Follow up meetings and calls with the merchant to ensure a successful transition Pre-Installation setup task listsPost Installation task listsOnsite/remote site readiness visitsOnsite/remote troubleshootingTraveling to and from the customer siteQualifications: Research shows that women and members of underrepresented groups tend to apply to roles only when they check every box on a job description.
