- Research and enter chemical information into EHS database to maintain up-to-date chemical inventories and safety data sheets (SDS)
- Perform inspections of safety equipment such as safety showers, eyewashes, AEDS, and chemical fume hoods.
- Perform data entry of activity and records into Environmental Health & Safety's EHS database, EHS Assistant.
- Review existing data records for accuracy and make corrections based upon feedback received.
- Perform QA/QC reviews of electronic records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Apply internal procedures to the management of EHS permits in EHS Assistant.
- Convert paper records into electronic format for recordkeeping in EHS Assistant or other approved systems.
