We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the industry, and as a Car Detailer and Washer you will be at the forefront of our Complete Clean Pledge, going above and beyond our already rigorous cleaning protocols, to protect the health and safety of all.From trucks to vans to cars of all sizes, the Car Sales Automotive Detailer is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing vehicles in accordance with our Complete Clean Pledge to ensure that all vehicles rented from the branch are safe and clean.ResponsibilitiesThe Car Sales Automotive Detailer will clean the interior, exterior and refurbish used vehicles to prepare for sale. This employee willexhibit a professional appearance and comply with all uniform and personal protective equipment requirements whileadhering to local environmental regulations.Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standardsPolish, wax and buff exterior of vehicles which might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.Vacuum interior, floor, seats, ashtray and trunkShampoo/Clean carpets, floor mats and upholsteryMay use detail methods such as wet sand and clay barMaintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditionsApply engine degreaser application to the engineMaintain an inventory of cleaning suppliesExhibit a professional appearance and comply with all uniform and PPE (Personal ProtectiveEquipment) requirementsAdhere to local environmental regulationsWork is performed outside in all types of weather and temperatures and in a typical office environmentAdditional ResponsibilitiesSeek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal settingMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualificationsMust be at least 18 years old.Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Must have at least twelve (12) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience in the last 5 yearsApart from religious observations, must be available to work the following schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 11:00am-8:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-7:00pmMust be willing to accept $14.00/hour
