Essential Job Duties: Monitors compliance with government regulatory agencies such as OSHA. Collaborates with the Safety Department to improve health and safety onsite for the company. Conducts monthly Safety meetings. Serves as primary contact for onsite safety related issues or concerns. Completes frequent jobsite safety audits, identifying unsafe conditions and practices and ensures appropriate corrective actions are taken. Trains employees in general safety practices, including but not limited to Aerial Life, Forklift, Equipment Operator, etc. Conducts accident/incident investigations in a timely manner and develops reports. Provides guidance to field employees, project managers, and supervisors on matters concerning employee health and safety, public safety, and environmental safety. Maintain Contractor/Supply Information Management Software. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Experience and Requirements: 3 to 5+ years of Safety Experience. Thorough knowledge of state and federal safety regulations. Ability to use Gmail, MS Office, and Monday. Willing to travel. Must Pass Drug and Alcohol Screening.
