We have combined expertise in all major orthopedic specialties, including sports medicine, orthopedic trauma, hand & upper extremities, joint replacement and spine care. We are located at 329 Conway Street, Greenfield, MA 01301. Role Overview We are seeking a Per diem Patient Services Representative (PSR) to support the practice onsite on Mondays and Fridays from 8:30am-5:50pm. While this role will primarily be at our Greenfield location, there is possibility to cover at our two other sites in West Hatfield (4 West Street West Hatfield, MA 01088) and Amherst (170 University Dr Amherst, MA 01003). The PSR serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side. We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient settingQualifications: Qualifications Whether you are seeking to gain more experience in the healthcare industry or a proven healthcare professional seeking a new challenge, the Patient Services Representative role is the opportunity for you.
