Position Responsibilities: Serve as subject matter expert in definition of key provider metrics. Monitor productivity reporting and compensation models monthly and as needed in accordance with provider employment contracts. Monitor provider professional expense allotments and balances in accordance with provider employment contracts. Act as main contact for provider compensation and productivity, providing counsel and advise routinely and as requested as to

metrics/compensation. Maintain routine and consistent reporting of budget versus actual activity variances to CAO, Leadership Team and Partners Perform financial analysis, proformas and other due diligence research for potential on-boarding of new practice acquisitions or site consolidations. Perform analysis, review of revenue, and provide feedback and suggestion for improvement. Participate and provide feedback on special projects. Prepare P&Ls/financial analysis for new practices/services as requested. Oversee provider compensation policy development, implementation, and maintenance. Oversee all functions within the billing department and revenue cycle management. Serve and lead the finance and billing team. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
