Service Manager

Seeking a Fire Service Manager (Protection Advanced Services) to directly manage our customer facing Fire Protection Advanced Services team, which consists of alarm, monitoring, and/or sprinkler suppression systems.

Responsibilities include

  • Hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team
  • Providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment
  • Successful resolution of customer related issues
  • Training a team on effective skilled technicians
  • Performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals
  • managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service
  • Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service technicians, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or assisting on service test and inspection or repair calls
  • Maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers
  • Performing managerial duties

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • Valid driver's license
  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA Preferred)
  • Management experience
  • Profit and Loss (P&L) Experience

Preferred

  • Recent Military Experience (SNCO/JMOs)
  • Experience in Fire Protection Alarm, Sprinkler or Pre-Engineered system
  • Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
