As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that meet our clients' needs and objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that meet clients' objectives.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and events.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus but not required.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by client needs.
