Speech Therapist

River Therapies is a private therapy company located in the Fox Chapel community of Pennsylvania. We specialize in outpatient, early intervention, and school-based therapy services. Our mission is to serve God, by helping children surpass what others said they would never achieve. We are seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. Your role will be to provide therapeutic services within the outpatient and school-based settings. As a member of the therapy department, you will work with other therapeutic staff, family members, school administration, and staff, and report to our administration staff at River Therapies. What You Will Do: provide daily speech therapy sessions to patients identified as requiring services complete daily documentation complete progress reports and all other required paperwork for the school-based setting follow IEPs and participate in IEP meetings maintain required communication with families for the betterment of each patient regular meetings with administration staff to discuss caseloads, answer questions, and promote overall employment success promote a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment for patients and families What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: excellent communication skills professional and positive work ethic passion for the field of pediatric speech therapy Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply We have a strong Clinical Fellow program with a Clinical Fellow Supervisor on staff.
