The Senior Product Manager, APIs and Integrations role leads the delivery of a suite of interconnected product experiences that revolutionize the income tax preparation process for U.S. tax & accounting professionals. About the Role Develop strong product intuition by interpreting and assessing customer problems, business needs, and opportunities and offering potential solutions with a moderate level of guidance and direction. Build world?class capabilities and products by creating a vision for the product, by maintaining the product roadmap, and by partnering closely with the dev and UX teams to execute the roadmap and deliver it efficiently. This includes serving as the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor and measure progress. Demonstrate leadership by taking extreme ownership of both features and products, its performance and reliability, and delighting our clients with a positive experience. You will show that you can learn from your experiences, recover from setbacks, and effectively evangelize the product vision to colleagues. You will be a well?rounded API expert for our teams by staying on the cutting edge technology development. You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the API platform, aligning with overall business objectives and technical capabilities. You will also collaborate closely with engineering teams on API design, ensuring adherence to best practices, consistency, and optimal developer experience. Effectively collaborate and organize with other departments in teams within the organization ensuring projects and requirements are understood and committed across these teams. You will need to conduct regular follow ups to ensure all teams are on track and be prepared to pivot in case of unforeseen circumstances. About You Curious & Innovative, starting with an obsession for our customer's problems and needs and then working closely with customers, partners, and other Thomson Reuters colleagues to solve them in unique ways. Knowledgeable in Agentic AI and AI product management with the ability to integrate your work into agentic AI systems. Detail focused with an emphasis on keeping things organized and on track. You will cross collaborate with many other teams and will need to ensure that nothing slips through the cracks. Agile with a strong sense of urgency and a desire to work in a fast?paced dynamic environment to deliver solutions against strict timelines. An effective communicator who projects confidence and communicates concisely and clearly to management, peers, customers, and partners. Foundational Skills Problem?Solving Youll need to come up with creative solutions for tricky problems while owning the outcomes. Leadership Youll work closely with engineers and product owners to drive feature releases. Technical You have a strong technical knowledge that knows how APIs and interconnected systems work together. Design Thinking Youll play an important part in the design of new features, setting the stage for engineering. Cross?functional collaboration Youll not only work with different teams but also with different departments in the organization and will need to collaborate effectively with all of them. Communication You will have strong communication skills to condense complicated technical enhancements so the average user can understand. Effective Execution You are results driven and will be able to take a concept and release it to market. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business or Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience 3+ years of Product Management experience Experience in creating tax & accounting SaaS products strongly preferred Experience delivering projects utilizing APIs, integrations with other products, or internal technical tools Experience or knowledge in AI and Agentic AI systems Proven high energy, highly collaborative approach working in cross?functional matrixed environments to drive product delivery and product outcomes Experience or knowledge with Postman, Webhooks, software development Whats in it For You? For U.S. locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $116,900 $217,100. This role may also be eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individuals knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
