Essential Functions & Responsibilities Presents a professional demeanor when acting on behalf of FCB with customers, businesses, community, and civic organizations, as well as suppliers, and other financial institutions. Markets to new and existing businesses and consumers to meet or exceed annual sales and deposit growth goals. Manages daily branch operations, customer service issues, various reports, audits, and regulations. Attends scheduled management meetings, training, and quarterly celebrations. Adheres to compliance regulations, attain a satisfactory or higher branch audit, and ensure that appropriate steps are taken to correct any unsatisfactory conditions. Communicates key operating issues affecting the branch with management. Leads, develops, motivates, hires and disciplines branch personnel; administers performance evaluations and recommends appropriate personnel actions. Maintains and develops a qualified staff sufficient to meet the needs of customers. Promotes the Bank’s culture by leading out the mission, vision and purpose statements and following our Moment of Truth Standards. Perform other related duties as assigned. Additional Responsibilities

: Regular and predictable attendance in order to accomplish, among other things, in-person contact with customers. Exceptional Customer Service is required by displaying a level of trust and diplomacy while using a pleasant tone and common courtesies. Organizational skills and abilities require multi-tasking in a fast-paced and sometimes hectic environment. Strong time management is required. Team Leadership and Management is required in motivating and coaching team members to achieve individual and branch objectives. Business Development is ongoing and requires skills in developing strategic partnerships. Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to banking to include compliance, risk management, loss prevention and other bank policies and procedures. Set expectations, provide training and resources, measure performance and provide feedback to direct reports Meet one-on-one on a regular basis at least twice a month with each direct report Help direct reports with their career goals and professional development Ability to navigate various computer systems.

About You

QUALIFICATIONS: Equivalent of a two-year college degree or completion of a specialize course of study at a business or trade school. 2-5 years banking or similar experience. Knowledge of bank products and services. KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY: Experienced in Jack Henry, Synergy Teller, 4Sight & Excel. Ability to motivate staff and mentor for personal development and career development. Knowledge of industry rules and regulations related to Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, Customer Identification Policy, Truth in Savings, Truth in Lending, Regulation CC, Plastic Cards and Funds Availability, etc. General capabilities in the use of personal computer-based business application software. Strong organizational and decision-making skills High degree of attention to detail as well as excellent organizational skills to perform in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to prioritize and organize heavy workload(s) and demonstrate effective time management skill(s). Ability to understand and follow complex written and oral instructions. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of word processing, report writing/data mining, ten key, and general computer applications. Working knowledge of standard office equipment. SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work primarily in an office environment with constant interaction with customers as well as within Branch assisting staff. The noise level is usually moderate. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
