Designs and executes comprehensive communication toolkits, branding, and marketing strategies. Manages social media presence for Center-related projects and partner programs. Provides media and communications proposals to the director, faculty, and staff in the Center. Communication Outreach and Research Coordination Collects and analyzes trend and audience data. Uses these data when developing and implementing branding and communications programs. Prepares manuscripts and participates in science communication activities to broaden the exposure of research findings/recommendations. Structures communication campaigns to achieve long-term and short-term organizational goals. Ensures all programs, activities, and communications efforts comply with university, state, and federal regulations. Organization Support Recommends policies and procedures for designing and delivering communication and marketing programs. Coordinates marketing-related events. Oversees student and part-time employees. Expected Salary: $46k-47k commensurate with education and experience. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience; or an Associate's degree and four years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders are strongly preferred. Advanced digital media and print design skills are strongly preferred. Extensive knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud programs is strongly preferred. Proficient with several social media platforms, including Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram. Strong organizational, teamwork, and personal communication skills are strongly preferred.
