Perform QA/QC to ensure that all designs meet the highest quality standards and project objectives. Conduct research and develop solutions in areas of considerable scope and complexity. Advise and direct staff on design approaches and project fulfillment. Work collaboratively to promote efficiencies and produce high-quality work. Contribute to the development of standards and guidelines for engineering activities. Supervise and review the technical assignments of less experienced staff. Certifications or significant experience with lab/pharma manufacturing environments, understanding GNP practices and FDA requirements related to clean rooms and air quality.
