Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

Source, identify, and engage top-notch mechanics through various channels.
Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Collaboration With Hiring Managers

Partner with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of open positions.
Provide valuable insights on industry trends and best practices for hiring mechanics.

Candidate Engagement

Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.

Networking

Attend industry events, job fairs, and network to expand connections within the mechanical community.
Leverage online platforms and social media for strategic candidate outreach.

Data Analysis And Reporting

Track recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Provide regular reports to showcase recruitment progress.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on hiring mechanics or related roles. In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
