Incumbents are encouraged to apply The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $105,000-$119,000. The above salary range represents the companys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn. Responsibilities: Support tasks within the Bacteriology Division, proficient in EXCEL, MS Project, capable of working independently, leading teams, multitasking in a high-paced environment, assisting in training of new PMs, and communicating effectively both verbally and in writing. Minimum two years of experience in a science laboratory environment and at least one year of project management experience, with a degree in project management or PMP certification. A T3 investigation is required. Maintain visibility on cost, schedule, and performance of the Divisions portfolio, understanding all financial, business, and project processes used within the Institute. Support research projects using project management best practices, managing project lifecycle parameters, and coordinating with scientific support staff. Manage reimbursable projects through contractual agreements, working closely with ORTA and PIs to initiate, revise, and track agreement documents and deliverables. Support proposal preparation, review, and research agreement processes; track project staffing, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics; assist with change requests and financial tracking. Provide quality control for project documents, support data compilation, manuscript preparation, and assist in DURC reviews. Provide training and mentorship for PMs, support project execution, participate in meetings, and assist in technical report and proposal preparation. May require travel for conferences and meetings. Facilitate annual research project execution of approximately $10-15M and oversee a research portfolio of approximately $20-30M.
