What You Will Be Handling?
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates while providing a positive candidate experience.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Post jobs that accurately depict role, and organization
Lead recruitment processes for hourly manufacturing employees
Applicant tracking
What Is Needed?
Bachelors preferred
At least 2 years of recruitment experience
Experience working on roles that deal in manufacturing/technical work
