Position: Treasury Analyst

Company Overview:

Strategic Business Consulting Services has partnered with a growing corporation that is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial assets and liabilities. You will work closely with the finance team to develop and implement strategies for cash management, risk management, and investment management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and excellent analytical skills to provide valuable insights and recommendations to support the company's financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze the company's cash flow and liquidity position on a daily basis

- Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize risk

- Manage the company's banking relationships and negotiate favorable terms and conditions

- Prepare cash flow forecasts and identify potential risks and opportunities

- Monitor and analyze financial market trends and provide recommendations to senior management

- Assist with the development and implementation of investment strategies

- Conduct regular reviews of the company's investment portfolio and make adjustments as needed

- Prepare reports and presentations on treasury activities and present to senior management

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights and recommendations

- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of treasury operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or related field

- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

- Experience with treasury management systems is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
