* Lead and facilitate the agile development process and help teams continue to evolve their approach and reach their goals

* Support product owner(s) with intra-team dynamics with respect to priorities and scope.

* Facilitate agile/scrum events such as daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospectives, and PI Planning.
* Facilitate the removal of roadblocks and obstacles for the team and insure transparency around risks, issues, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
* Drive team iteration execution, communicate with leadership and stakeholders, and protect the team from scope creep. * Work with teams to conduct effective retrospectives with actionable improvement items.
* Maintain team data in project management software (i.e. JIRA) to support estimates and execution.
* Develop, maintain, and present high-level project and team metrics to peers, stakeholders, and leadership.

Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 5 years project management experience with at least 3 years of experience managing projects in an agile environment required
  • Passionate commitment to delivering products on time required
  • Excellent communication skills including listening, verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills; demonstrated experience summarizing technical efforts and how they align to business outcomes required
  • Deep understanding of agile management practices and the use of metrics (sprint burndown/burnup, velocity, cycle time, etc.)

Pay Transparency Notice

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
