Description:

Manufacturing tech company in the San Francisco area is looking to add an AR clerk to their team This person will work alongside the AR Analyst in primarily processing a large volume of invoices.

Responsibilities:

Create and send out daily & monthly billing invoices

Check AR invoices daily and import CSV files into Quickbooks Online & Netsuite from internal CRM system

Download invoices and data from billing system, check & match invoices for discrepancies

Create, import, and batch up to 1200 AR invoices & reports monthly

Assist in creating & updating customer accounts within Netsuite

Skills:

billing, Accounts receivable, excel, google sheets, invoicing, invoice processing, quickbooks, netsuite, b2b

Qualifications:

1+ years of B2B AR billing experience required

Knowledge and understanding of B2B customer invoicing required

Intermediate experience with Excel (pivot tables & vlookups) and Google Sheets required

Experience supporting a manufacturing, consumer product, or industrial product company preferred

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
