The successful candidate will be the supply chain lead for the Electric Power Systems (EPS) CSCL team, primarily supporting our Rockford, Illinois operations. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including supply chain, operations, engineering, quality, and value stream across Power & Controls to identify root cause of supply chain issues and execute both short- and long-term solutions. In addition to leading and developing a mid-size team of professionals, this role will also develop the supply chain strategy and operational goals tied to site supply chain performance and future growth, as well as develop and implement new processes, standards, and operational plans to support the strategy. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
