Roles & Responsibilities
•To understand and analyze business requirements, Issues, andchanges to existing functionalities. Architecture and Development.
•Maintain and support the Manhattan Scale WMS Warehouse solutionstowards the affiliates Key Users (2nd & 3rd Line support)
•Documentation of Requirements, SOP documents creation.
•Translate the user requirements into functional and techni caldesign, application configuration.
•Documenting all aspects of the system (e.g. URS, process flows,functional specifications, technical design, application configuration, testscenarios, Support document etc.) according to internal procedures.
•Coordinates problem solution with multiple external Vendors forTMS, Packing & Conveyor system.

Able to manage customers and a small team,as required.
