The sister company to Big Machine Label Group, Big Machine Distillery operates in a fast-paced, creative environment and serves as the hub for our multi-state sales team, our three tasting rooms located on 3rd Ave in downtown Nashville, on Bransford Ave in Berry Hill and our main distillery in Lynnville, TN. The Brand is growing nationally, leading to new and exciting ventures daily

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This role will support all aspects of the national sales team.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and manage brand ambassadors and tasters across the country.
  • Create and manage Meeting Agendas for the weekly sales calls.
  • Manage distribution of tasting kits and POS materials.
  • Coordinate scheduling for events.
  • Some travel will be required for major events.
  • Coordinate periodic sales programs and promotions based on merchandising trends.
  • Compile materials and coordinate activities related to special events such as holidays, new store openings, trade shows, or anticipated product releases.
  • Coordinate activities in various departments to ensure advertising and sales programs reach targeted customers in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain files related to sales programs, weekly ads, and marketing and special event communications; ensure they are available for future reference.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/ Abilities:

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.
  • Knowledge of PPT Decks is a plus.
  • Extremely creative and inventive.
  • Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Great personality with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and stressful situations. Excellent leadership abilities.
  • Flexibility to be available by phone on occasional nights and weekends for problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time, Salaried

Education and Experience:

  • High school degree required, bachelors degree in related field or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
