Job Description:

As an Auto Adjuster, you will adjust moderately complex auto insurance claims presented by or against our client’s members to include the end-to-end claims process and settling claims in compliance with state laws and regulations. You will be accountable for delivering best in class service, through setting appropriate expectations, proactive communications, advice, and empathy. Job duties include investigating liability and applying appropriate coverage, negotiating liability, interacting with parties to gather information to determine liability, resolving claims, and other duties as required.

Must Haves:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
  • 1-2 years recent adjuster experience
  • Experience from a large organization is preferred
  • Experience handling low complexity auto non injury liability claim
  • Must acquire and maintain insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts
  • Knowledge and understanding of auto claims contracts and laws/regulations
