Strong Knowledge supporting the following:

Must have a thorough knowledge of desktop, printer, and network support
Configuration and troubleshooting of desktops and laptops
Configuration and troubleshooting of printers
Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting and understanding
Wireless network configuration and troubleshooting
Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of workstations and printers in an enterprise level network

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

Safeguards all REJIS and customer information per CJIS, MULES, and REJIS guidelines, including but not limited to source code, USB devices, reports, backup tapes, CDs, portable data, etc.
Adheres to all REJIS policies and procedures as well as all applicable customer policies and procedures
Provide guidance to junior staff and oversee some group activities
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and special certifications such as A+, Net + Microsoft certifications

The minimum salary starts at $26.05/hour with the possibility of additional compensation based on years of experience, demonstrated skills, certifications, and education. This is an hourly position and is eligible for overtime.
