Prepare joint venture financial projections and measure accuracy of projections against actual financial performance including projection of cash flow needs. This also includes coordination and preparation of all joint venture reporting packages, draws, and any other venture partner information requests. Assist in preparation and analysis of business unit financial projections relating to the joint venture. Assist Land Acquisition Department in preparation and analysis of financial projections from time to time. Perform detailed analysis which help management identify inefficient processes and or/business practices and their associated financial impact. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Four-year degree in finance or accounting; greater than two years of related work experience with strong background in financial modeling and analysis; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
