MUST LIVE in MN Please do not apply if you don't reside in MN or do not have the MUST HAVES below MUST HAVES: + 1 year of customer service experience Description: + Service Dispatchers are responsible for the timely dispatch of Service Requests and Preventative Maintenance Inspections. + Dispatchers will work directly with technicians, field leaders, and use routing software to build optimized schedules for technicians in specific locations. + Dispatchers will assist with managing the backlog and providing timely updates on aging or pending requests. + Dispatchers will take incoming calls from technicians to update schedules and ticket notes. + Dispatches will monitor regional email boxes to assist technicians, field leaders, and field support with scheduling needs. + As needed, dispatchers will assist with taking inbound customer calls and create service requests.
