As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of Marketing initiatives, strategies, and campaigns. You will play a pivotal leadership role in driving brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and contributing to revenue growth. Additionally, this role is responsible for shaping, evolving, and enhancing our Patient Journey to ensure we maintain a best-in-class experience. Partnering closely with other functional leaders across Corporate and Clinical Operations, the Marketing Director makes a significant impact across all areas of our organization. The ideal candidate will blend an entrepreneurial mindset with a digital-first approach and a passion for delivering results. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, promotions, print marketing, and PR campaigns. Manage a team of marketing professionals, agencies, and independent contractors, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback. Potential to also oversee Customer Service operations for the right candidate. Lead the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand recognition and achieve business objectives. Oversee the company's digital presence, including website optimization, SEO, and social media channels. Serve as SME for multiple technical platforms: CRM, web and email platforms, telephony and IVR, etc. Collaborate with the creative team, product team, and other stakeholders to develop and execute compelling marketing materials, including website content, sales collateral, email campaigns, content etc. against brand standards. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable recommendations. Collaborate with the sales team, HR, and other internal program stakeholders to develop effective lead generation programs and support the achievement of sales targets. Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze data, develop strategy, and provide regular reports to the executive team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred) or demonstrate proven experience (7+ years) in a senior marketing role, preferably in the healthcare sector. Proven track record of translating understanding marketing trends, best practices, and strategies into results. Strong technical knowledge, including exposure to EHR, EMR, or ERP platforms, CRM, email, social, and web platforms. Experience as a Product Owner strongly preferred. Proficient in online and offline marketing techniques, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and social media management. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using marketing software and analytics tools. A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
