As a TAS Director, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service. Our firm provides excellent compensation, benefits, wellness initiatives, and a strong career path for high performing professionals. Responsibilities:Conduct buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence on behalf of private equity clients and corporate acquirers/sellersPlan, manage, and lead multiple due diligence engagements and service teamsAct as primary client contact for the duration of the due diligence processConduct on-site and/or phone interviews with C-level personnel at acquisition targetsAnalyze historical financial and operating results of target companies, explain business trends, and identify risksPrepare due diligence reports and presentations to clients which compile analyses and highlight key findings and recommendationsTrain, develop, and mentor lower-level staffApply TAS Best Practices to ensure consistent quality of service and work product and actively participate in the development of the group’s Best PracticesGenerate new business opportunities for the group and the firmDevelop proposals, including budgets and scope of work, and present proposals to prospective clientsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalentCPA preferredMinimum of 6 years of audit, accounting, and financial due diligence experience requiredPrior experience dealing with lower middle market companies (
