WiseHire are seeking a
Head of Data Engineering
to lead the Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams within a growing organization. You'll shape the data strategy, architecture, data platform, and collaborate with various stakeholders to address their data needs, all while aligning with the wider business goals. This hands-on role involves defining and optimizing datasets, developing and maintaining ML models, ETL jobs, and visualizations, and building a comprehensive Data Roadmap and hiring plan.
Responsibilities
Oversee teams specializing in analytics, data science, and data engineering.
Enhance and adapt the data platform to align with evolving business needs.
Collaborate with various business units to gather and translate their data requirements into actionable plans.
Design, develop, and refine datasets and schemas with consistent metrics across the organization.
Create, implement, and sustain machine learning models, ETL processes, and data visualizations.
