THE POSITION:

As Champion of First Impressions, you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Visitor Engagement: Greet visitors promptly and make them comfortable upon arrival at the South Operations campus, adhering to the "three-second rule" to establish eye contact within three seconds of a visitor entering.
  • Caller Engagement: Greet callers warmly and make them comfortable when they contact the corporate office, following the "three-ring rule" to answer calls within three rings.
  • Visitor Log Maintenance: Maintain accurate and compliant visitor logs as required by PCI compliance regulations and Risk Management protocols.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all external and internal customers receive exceptional, world-class customer service and are directed to the appropriate parties efficiently.
  • Policy Adherence: Uphold Goodwill's zero tolerance policies regarding harassment, substance abuse, workplace violence, failure to report medical incidents (both work-related and non-work-related), and theft or other related offenses.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Knowledge of Goodwill and its services & team members.
  • Business systems, technology, procedures.
  • Basic office practices and procedures.
  • Microsoft Word, Works, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Publisher
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to twenty-five (25) pounds with no support regularly. Over twenty-five (25) pounds request for additional team member assistance as needed.
