Product Director

Job Overview:
Invitro Capital is seeking an experienced and visionary Product Director to lead our product team. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's product strategy and roadmap, driving innovation in our healthcare-focused products, and ensuring successful execution and delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring cutting-edge healthcare products to market and drive business growth
Product Director Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate the company's product vision and strategy.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers and designers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap.
Perform market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decision-making.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to define product features and technical requirements.
Ensure the successful execution and delivery of products, on time and within budget.
Track and analyze product performance metrics, and use data to drive product improvements and optimizations.
Work with marketing and sales teams to develop product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry best practices to drive innovation and keep our products competitive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management or related roles
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
Preferred Qualification:
Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in managing and launching healthcare SaaS products.
