DH Pace Company, Inc., aspires to hire an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative in Denver, Colorado who will have sales responsibility for new construction sales for the commercial construction side of our business specializing in overhead doors, specialty products, and dock doors and dock-related products. This position is responsible for introducing commercial customers to products and services in Denver and surrounding areas.

Position Overview:

  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services.
  • Cultivate sales with General Contractors
  • Reviewing construction documents
  • Meeting with decision makers to engineer a door solution for customers' facilities
  • Develop scope of work for each proposal and personally handle every detail from initial call to closing the sale; must be proficient with Windows based programs and sales tools and ideally have worked with Blueprints/Plans
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
  • Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Must have a strong aptitude for technical applications and/or mechanical systems
  • Must possess a Valid Driver's License
  • Bachelor's degree, highly preferred
