Position Summary: 4444 Live is looking for a Marketing & Operations Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for social media management, marketing and day-to-day operations of the company. This position will also be responsible for assisting the CEO & COO with daily tasks and projects. Essential Duties: Manage social media accounts in Fashion, Entertainment & Real Estate Contacting influencers Manage web marketing & advertisement Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ad Update ecommerce site Assist with content creation Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and automate marketing processes Fulfilling orders Preparing gifting bags Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers Assist in the preparation of daily reports and schedules. Assist in the operation of the office. Perform other duties as assigned by CEO and COO. Qualifications: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must have professional experience with Instagram, TikTok Must have ecommerce experience, preferably Shopify Must have strong computer skills Must have strong online marketing skills Familiarity with performance marketing metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure under deadline pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must possess good time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask effectively under time constraints. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as ability to interact professionally with all levels within 4444 Live and outside third parties (i.e., customers, vendors, clients).
