Responsibilities:

Create and drive business excellence strategies in striving for the world-class manufacturing culture in following areas: Continuous Improvement Engineering, Process Engineering Excellence strategies, Manufacturing Engineering. Utilize the tools of Problem Solving, Lean, Six Sigma, and other Continuous Improvement Processes to create a culture of world-class Operational Excellence. Actively works with New Product Development group in launching new products and bringing new innovative manufacturing processes. Communicates and coordinates all CI initiatives throughout the organization to interested parties of varying technical knowledge levels from directors to engineers to operators. Translates and documents performance improvements to financial values that align with corporate goals.

Required Qualifications: Bachelors in a related engineering fields 5+ years of Engineering Management experience in a manufacturing environment Understands P&L at a departmental level.
