Description & Details: The position performs a wide range of administrative, operational, and office support activities related to academic and general support to faculty, staff, residents/residency program, and students. This position is responsible to the Department of Pharmacy Practice Chair for coordinating, organizing, and overseeing administrative support activities for the Department of Pharmacy Practice; serves approximately 23 faculty/staff members in various capacities, supports the School of Pharmacy committees, search committees, and serves as a facilities/equipment and safety resource, and telephone administration for Sudro 118 suite and the department as a whole. Vacancy in this position would lead to abundant challenges and missed opportunities for student and faculty recruitment and retention. Work Schedule: Full-time, 12 month, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week Hiring Range: $40,000-$45,000 commensurate with experience Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and/or certification and other business considerations.
