Position:Senior Analyst
Reports to:ColRich’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer
About the Role:The primary responsibility of the Senior Analyst is to provide high-level analytics and operational support pertaining to multiple pillars of the company. The Senior Analyst will report to ColRich’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
Specific responsibilities include:Distributions - overseeing distributions calculations for all investments on a quarterly basisInvestor Reporting - manage investor reporting including portfolio reports (specific to each investor), individual investor valuations and projectionsPresentations - assist CEO with key presentations including:Quarterly economic updatesKey investor presentationsPortfolio Analytics - create portfolio analytics, demonstrating historical trends across the portfolio, as well projections going forward. Analytics will focus on:Operating trends - occupancy, rents, credit loss, other income, operating expensesCapital expendituresRenovationWeekly leasingColRich Thrive – ColRich’s unique social services programmingCorporate AnalyticsCritical Analysis as needed
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, other relevant field5+ years of relevant work experience desiredproficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VBA and Microsoft Access. Proficient in all other MS Office applications such as PowerPoint.to create Excel models from scratch and manipulate complex existing modelsof finance and cash-flows, including distribution waterfallsto logically work through projects with minimal oversightorganizational skills and attention to detailto process work quickly, accurately and with changing prioritiesto perform work alone and as part of a teamwritten and verbal communication skills
