Job Title: Senior Logistics Analyst

Rivet Operations Company LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Analyst to join our team in San Diego, CA. As a Senior Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support for non-aviation supply related material issues, reviewing proposed Integrated Logistics Systems (ILS) programs, and communicating with NAVSEA, NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg, and NAVMEDLOGCEN.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze logistics support activities necessary to support Navy Operations.
  • Provide policy, strategy, planning, and daily technical services for non-aviation supply related material issues.
  • Review and communicate with stakeholders on proposed ILS programs.
  • Attend ILS conferences and training sessions.
  • Evaluate and formulate programs for present and future support of systems installed on all CVNs.
  • Review and provide assistance in resolving carrier material and configuration issues.
  • Provide services in connection with non-aviation supply technical support for all CVNs.
Requirements:
  • 20 years of logistics experience in the U.S. military preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics or a business discipline required.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Proficiency in Stock Control functions, ERP, ASD operations, NALCOMIS, AIS, NAVSUP One Touch, FIMARS, and NAVAIR processes.
  • Proficiency in Consolidate Shipboard Allowance List (COSAL), Targeted Allowance Reconciliation (T-ART), Automated Fleet COSAL Feedback Report (A-FCBR), Integrated Logistics Systems (ILS), Allowance Parts List (APL), Allowance Equipage List (AEL), R-SUPPLY, In-Service Engineering Agents (ISEA), Maintenance Assist Module (MAM).
  • Proficiency in Unmatched Disbursements (UMD), Common Interface (CIF), Negative Unliquidated Obligations (NULO), and Unliquidated Liquidations (ULO).
  • Proficiency in U.S. Government and U.S. Navy HAZMAT and MHE management programs regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Proficiency in ESOH and OSHA regulations requirements, instructions, and guidelines.
  • CHRIMP and HMC&M procedures, instructions, policies, and regulations.
Security Clearance:

Position requires applicant to be a U.S. Citizen and obtain and maintain the required security clearance for the position.

Physical Requirements:

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Lifting to 40 lbs.
