Responsibilities

Leads administration and operations for IT procurement and asset management functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads effective delivery of IT procurement and asset management operations, maintaining security standards and a positive customer experience
  • Applies appropriate subject matter expertise and critical thinking to guide decision making, problem solving, leadership consultation, and work delegation
  • Hires, trains, and manages assigned staff, optimizing productivity of the team while investing in their professional growth
  • Drive organizational value through delivery of key strategic initiatives, business goals, and success metrics, and introduction of operational efficiency
  • Effectively communicates and collaborates with key stakeholders across the organization to align on common objectives
  • Exercises judgment and influence on key standards, policies, and processes to support effective operations, driving financial and resource stewardship
Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
    degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
