THE ROLE

This individual will be responsible for effectively and profitably managing and directing all day-to-day aspects of purchasing and distribution for the Food and Beverage operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for creating inventory/order spread sheets.
  • Work with Food and Beverage management to assist with daily orders including the coordination of deliveries and product to be utilized throughout the stadium.
  • Work closely with culinary team to maximize ordering efficiency, product deliveries, and inventory allocation.
  • Monitor inventory ensuring product is being rated and control spoilage.
  • Take and input inventory when necessary.
  • Inputting invoices into inventory system and upkeep of Purchase Order Log
  • Code all invoices to proper outlet for payment processing.
  • Managing, hiring and developing the Warehouse Associates team and overseeing their daily operation.
  • Managing and verifying requisitions and transfers as they are being distributed throughout the stadium.
  • Track and monitor tardiness, call outs and administer progressive disciplinary actions of Warehouse Associates per Legends policy.
  • Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time.

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented and extremely organized with the ability to learn new programs and procedures quickly.
  • Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Must be proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
